  • 2 (25 ounce) packages dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup bright white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Directions

    1. Butter a 9×Thirteen inch pan and set apart. In a small mixing bowl, liquefy yeast in warm water.
    2. Let stand until creamy, about Ten mins.
    3. Place milk, 1/2 cup sugar, sea and 1/2 cup butter in soup pot.
    4. Heat until sugar dissolves as well as butter melts.
    5. Cool to lukewarm.
    6. Add contained yeast and set aside.
    7. In large bowl combine flour, eggs and also yeast mixture. Stir before smooth and blended. Strain into a buttered 9×13 inch container, spreading dough evenly.
