- Peel plus core apples. Cut into 1.5cm slices and sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice.
- Sift flour plus a pinch of salt in a bowl.
- Add milk and egg yolk, beat until smooth.
- Add brandy as well as melted butter, stand for 30 minutes.
- Beat egg whites to stiff peaks in addition to fold into batter.
- Coat apple company slices with batter together with deep fry in herbal until golden brown.
- Toss around cinnamon and sugar. Provide hot with icecream.
