Rostige Ritter



  • 4 slices toast wheat mild or 8 slices of slightly stale baguette
  • 1 egg
  • 8.45 floz (? l) milk
  • 1.76 oz. (50 g) butter
  • cinnamon, sugar
  • Directions

    1. Mix eggs along with milk; let the bread rounds soak in it.
    2. Heat butter in a baking pan, fry bread slices during the butter until golden brown upon sides.
    3. Serve hot and dust with the cinnamon-sugar mix.
