Southwest Style Coleslaw with Superpowers


Cabbage is a true power meals.? Ancient healers called it moon electricity because it grew in the moonlight.?? It’s high in Vitamin C and Vitamin k-2 and it’s low in calories. It’s just a great brain food, healthy for weight loss, and it has cancer preventing compounds, helps lower bp, is anti-inflammatory, and can relieve headaches.

This easy to make coleslaw combines reddish colored and geeen cabbage. It has fantastic flavors like cilantro and cumin, which is light in calories much too.? It’s great for outdoor amusing because it contains no mayo that can spoil.? Goes with anything at all. We just served it recently with barbeque spare ribs. ?Delicious!


  • 4 cups of thinly chopped up green cabbage
  • 4 cups of thinly slice red cabbage
  • 2 scallions sliced thin
  • 1 cup regarding julienne carrots
  • Half cup of cilantro – chopped
  • Half cup connected with parsley – chopped


  • 1 Clove of garlic diced
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seed
  • ? cup with lemon juice
  • Half cup of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of white vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Stir well
