Ingredients

  • 34 floz. water
  • 17 floz. white wine
  • 17 floz. vinegar
  • 5 medium onions, cut in rings
  • 10 juniper berries
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1?Couple of teaspoon peppercorn
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 20 nuernberger bratwursts, must be small
  • Directions

    1. Put everything in a big pan other than the sausages and bring towards a boil.
    2. When boiling, add chicken and reduce to a simmer.
    3. Cook approximately 30 minutes.
    4. Serve in a bowl utilizing fresh soft pretzels and also good baguette.
