Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed (or 12 oz deal fresh shredded Brussels sprouts)
  • 2 red apples
  • 1 medium onion
  • Pork tenderloin (about One particular lb), sliced 1″ thick
  • 1/8 tsp dark colored pepper
  • ? tsp salt, divided
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided
  • ? cup raisins
  • 2 tsp honey

Directions

  1. Shred or perhaps slice Brussels sprouts very finely. Coarsely chop onion. Cut celery into chunks.
  2. Season pork together with pepper and ? tsp ocean.
  3. Heat 1 Tbsp oil with large saut pan. Add The city sprouts and onion; make about 5 minutes. Add apples and raisins; cover with motorcycle and cook another Ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove veggie as well as apple mizture and place in preparing bowl. Add salt, vinegar and honey, stir slowly.
  5. Heat remaining oil in pot. Add pork, saut turning often with tongs until nearly finished.
  6. Return mixture to pan together with pork. Cook an additional 1-2 a few minutes.
