Ingredients

  • 4 C 8 ounces jars of carrot toddler food or 1 ? glass carrot puree, (baby food)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 2 cups +2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 ? cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ? teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup bright white granulated sugar
  • 3 egg yolk, beaten utilizing 1 teaspoon water
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 tablespoon for cornstarch
  • ? cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, gently spray 2 C Hunting for inch round baking cookware with cooking oil and set aside.
