Cauliflower “Wings”

This recipe for Buffalo Cauliflower made with a hot sauce from Ghosting Scream, is a fresh in addition to meatless take on calorie-loaded chicken wings. And really, each Super Bowl party needs to have a least one nutritious option.

Olive oil or Avocado oil cooking spray

3/4 cup gluten-free culinary flour

1 cup water

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

salt and pepper to taste

2 heads cauliflower, reduce bite-size pieces

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup Ghost Holler? hot sauce

1 teaspoon honey

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Softly grease a baking published with cooking spray.

Mix flour, normal water, garlic powder, salt, in addition to pepper together in a jar using a whisk until hitter is smooth and considerably runny. Add cauliflower to batter and mix until cauliflower is lined; spread onto the baking published.

Bake in the preheated oven until finally lightly browned, 20 to 26 minutes.

Bake in the oven until cauliflower is browned, about Ten minutes. Remove baking sheet out of oven and allow the cauliflower to cool down 10 to 15 minutes.
