Baked Greek Chicken


We’re always looking for new quality recipes for chicken breasts, and that is a delicious one and easy for making too. Just a few simple substances: red onion, garlic, frosty spinach, feta cheese, seasonings, breadcrumbs and also boneless skinless chicken breasts.


  • 2 tbsps . olive oil divided
  • ? medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely marauded divided
  • 1 (10 oz) box thawed out, chopped spinach
  • 2/3 cup crumbled Greek feta cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon of. grated nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsps. Butter
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of. dried oregano
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Heat 1 tablespoom organic extra-virgin olive oil in a small skillet over choice heat.
  • Add onion and 2/3 on the garlic; cook until melted.
  • Transfer to a medium bowl for cooling.
  • Then, add spinach, feta, and nutmeg; chuck to mix, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Melt butter in the exact same skillet, turn off the heat as well as stir in the breadcrumbs, oregano, and outstanding garlic.
  • Coat a baking dish or baking sheet using the remaining olive oil.
  • Split each chicken across lengthwise (but not all the way through) together with stuff with the spinach together with feta mixture.
  • Place the stuffed bird breasts in the baking dish or on the baking bed sheet and top with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Bake until breadcrumbs are toasty, additionally, the chicken juices run clear about 25 minutes.
