  • 14.08 oz. lean beef
  • 14.08 oz. pork
  • 7.04 oz. bacon (with rind removed)
  • 8.45 floz iced water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp clean ground white pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 dstspn marjoram
  • Butter to oil the tin
  • Directions

    1. All meat must be very well cooled before preparation starts off.
    2. Cut meat into chunks plus mince on a fine setting.
    3. Mix collectively both meats and create salt, pepper and the ice cold water until smooth.
    4. Mince any bacon on a medium setting and mix with the meat.
    5. Peel and also grate the onion and add to the mixture together with the marjoram.
