PAM? Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 tsp . Gulden’s? Spicy Brown Mustard
1 pound slim ground beef (93% lean)
1 pound flooring pork
2/3 cup chopped yellow onion
1 mug fresh button mushrooms, diced fine
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons Hunt’s? Tomato Paste
2/3 glass Hunt’s? Tomato Sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground dark pepper
8 slices bacon, cut in half
- Preheat your oven to 375F. Line baking bed-sheet with aluminum foil. Spew with cooking spray; reserved. Combine maple syrup and mustard with small bowl; set aside.
- Combine beef, chicken, onion, mushrooms, flour, eggs, tomato mixture, tomato sauce, salt and pepper in big bowl until blended. Utilizing hands, form mini meatloaves (about 2 inches wide) and place with baking sheet.
- Wrap bacon all-around each meatloaf, tucking ends under attributes. Brush bacon with syrup concoction.
- Bake 30 minutes. Turn on broiler and cook dinner another 5 to 10 minutes so that you can crisp bacon.
