Main Course




  • 1 Kaiser roll
  • 2/3 pound ground beef
  • 1/3 pound ground pork
  • 1 onion, very finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Hungarian hot paprika (suggested)
  • salt and ground black pepper to help taste
  • Directions

    1. Soak Kaiser roll in a bowl of water for 10 minutes.
    2. Drain, squeezing released excess water, and fall into a large bowl.
    3. Mix crumbled jiggle with ground beef, ground crazy, onion, parsley, egg, paprika, salt, plus black pepper until well mixed thoroughly.
    4. Shape meat into large hit bottom meatballs.
    5. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; fry meatballs until eventually browned and no longer pink within the center, about 5 minutes for every side.
