  • Ingredients

  • 2 x eisbein
  • 1 x large onion (sliced)
  • 2 x pumpkin (sliced)
  • 4 x med potatoes (multilated in half)
  • half a cup of tomato sauce
  • half a cupful of ms. Balls chutney
  • 5 table spoon associated with sherry
  • 4 table spoons of brown sugar
  • olive oil
  • Directions

    1. In a big pot throw in your onion, carrots, salt and pepper and your eisbein.
    2. Water must cover the eisbein.
    3. Bring to the boil, lower heat and let it cook for 2 and a half hours.
    4. Boil the potatoes til soft.
    5. Sauce: mixture tomato sauce, chutney,sherry and brown sugars till smooth.
    6. Turn on the oven on grill.
    7. After the meats is done take it of the cooker and drain it.
    8. Spread a dash of olive oil on a cooking tray.
    9. Spread allot of sauce on the eisbein skin, but perform let it drip of the factors so the sauces is upon and around the meat.
    10. Let the eisbein smoker until the skin is crunchy.
    11. After its done take it out and also grill the potatoes in the same tray and the exact same sauce for 5 min.
