The Morning-After Orange Fruit Soups

11?2 cups water

2 tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca

1 tbsp. sugar

Pinch of salt

1?2 cup icy concentrated orange juice

2 cups berries (see below)

Mix the instant tapioca within water in a small saucepan. Make meals over medium heat, mixing constantly, until it comes to a whole boil. Remove from warm. Add sugar, salt, and also orange juice concentrate. Fire up to blend. Let cool pertaining to 15 minutes, then stir just as before. Cover and chill for around 3 hours.
