? cup water
4 ounces unsweetened apple mackintosh sauce
2 tablespoon coconut aminos
A single teaspoon fish sauce
Start by patting the back ribs dry having a paper towel. Apply the dry up rub and kosher salt liberally. Wrap the foil to marinate for about two hours. The longer the time anyone marinate the meat, the fantastic it will be!
After marinating the ribs, begin cooking. Preheat the pressure pot. Put the ribs on a line rack in a foil layered baking sheet and put that into the pot. If the salmon are too big to fit a pot, you can cut it straight into three even pieces.
